Tallow and Honey Hand Lotion 7.5oz pump

We are so excited to add a TALLOW lotion to our lineup!  Tallow is a natural, pure fat that is rich in the esters and fatty acids our bodies need to repair and maintain the building blocks of our skin.  Because it has a higher fat content than most oils, it is more hydrating and moisturizing.  It is versatile for all skin types, and because it's very similar to the oil our own bodies produce, it is considered "friendly" to those with sensitive skin.
 
We started sourcing tallow to use in our soaps but when we saw how beautiful and clean these suet cakes were we knew we'd have to make a tallow lotion, too!  Our tallow comes from non-GMO beef cows raised on a local family farm here in West Michigan.  It is also processed locally by a small, family-run processor.  We render it as needed so it's nice and fresh for our finished products!
